Music From Stanley begins its 8th year
Music from Stanley is a concert series featuring Idaho musicians at
Redfish Lake Lodge
Concert recordings to be aired in radio series on KBSU, KBSW and KISU in fall
Stanley and Boise, ID - Music from Stanley is a uniquely Idaho project that features some of Idaho’s best musicians in a live setting and on the radio. Music from Stanley consists of:
1) A series of free concerts that take place on Sunday afternoons from 4-7 PM June 17th through September 2nd, at Redfish Lake Lodge near Stanley, Idaho.
2) A radio show series hosted by Dan Costello that airs on KBSU, KBSW and KISU in the fall. The radio shows are comprised of concert audio, commentary, and interview segments with the artists. It's the only show of its kind.

All of these artists are exceptional. Interspersed among some excellent Idaho-based artists are some fantastic national acts. Carrie Rodriguez was recently featured on Austin City Limits. Montana Skies are a unique cello and guitar duo from Athens, Georgia. They have been featured on NPR and The Travel Channel. Jackalope Saints are a lauded Portland Bluegrass band. Caitlin Canty is a talented singer songwriter from NYC.
